KENAI GUNDOG SERIES — TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service govern your use of kenaigundog.com and any purchase made through our store. By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

WHO WE ARE

kenaigundog.com is operated by KENAI Holdings LLC, based in Kalispell, Montana. Our products are sold exclusively for use in dogs and are not intended for human consumption.

ELIGIBILITY

You must be 18 years of age or older to place an order. By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

PRODUCTS

All products are performance supplements and topicals formulated for working dogs. KENAI products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition. Consult your veterinarian before introducing any new supplement, especially if your dog has a known health condition, is pregnant, or is on medication.

Product descriptions, ingredient lists, and guaranteed analysis values are accurate to the best of our knowledge at time of publication. We reserve the right to update formulas, packaging, and product descriptions without notice. Material changes to active ingredients will be communicated to subscribers via email.

PRICING

All prices are listed in US dollars. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Price changes do not affect orders already placed and confirmed.

ORDERS AND PAYMENT

By placing an order you authorize KENAI Holdings LLC to charge your payment method for the full order amount including applicable taxes and shipping. We accept all major credit cards through Shopify Payments. Orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion and will issue a full refund in that event.

SUBSCRIPTIONS

Subscribe & Save orders are processed automatically on your chosen schedule. You may modify or cancel your subscription at any time before the next order processes by logging into your account or contacting hello@kenaigundog.com. Cancellations requested after an order has processed cannot be applied to that order.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We ship to domestic US addresses only. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. KENAI Holdings LLC is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or events outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on kenaigundog.com — including but not limited to the KENAI name, GUNDOG SERIES name, brand marks, photography, copy, and design — is the property of KENAI Holdings LLC. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KENAI Holdings LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or site. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

Our products and site are provided as-is. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding fitness for a particular purpose beyond what is stated on product labeling.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Flathead County, Montana.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
