KENAI Holdings LLC — Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

SUBSCRIBE & SAVE ORDERS

Subscribe & Save subscriptions can be cancelled at any time before the next order processes. There are no cancellation fees and no minimum commitment period.

To cancel, log into your account at kenaigundog.com and manage your subscription, or email hello@kenaigundog.com with your order number and cancellation request. We will confirm cancellation within 1 business day.

Cancellation requests received after an order has already been processed cannot be applied to that order. The processed order will ship and your subscription will be cancelled before the next scheduled order.

REFUNDS ON CANCELLED SUBSCRIPTIONS

If you cancel before an order processes, no charge will be made. If you cancel after an order has processed and shipped, refer to our Return & Refund Policy for return and refund options.
