KENAI GUNDOG SERIES — RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We stand behind every product in the KENAI GUNDOG SERIES. If you're not satisfied, we'll make it right.
30-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
If you're not satisfied with any KENAI product, contact us within 30 days of delivery at hello@kenaigundog.com. We'll issue a full refund or replacement — no runaround, no restocking fee.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
Email hello@kenaigundog.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. You do not need to return the product to receive a refund on your first order. For subsequent refund requests, we may ask that the unused portion be returned before processing.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We'll ship a replacement at no charge immediately.
SUBSCRIPTION ORDERS
Subscribe & Save orders can be cancelled at any time before the next order processes. Log into your account or email hello@kenaigundog.com to cancel. Refunds are not issued for subscription orders that have already shipped.
WHAT WE DON'T COVER
We do not accept returns on products that have been substantially used. We do not issue refunds for orders placed with incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer. Bundle refunds are processed at the individual product price, not the bundle price.
PROCESSING TIME
Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days. Depending on your bank, funds may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear in your account.
