KENAI GUNDOG SERIES — SHIPPING POLICY

DOMESTIC SHIPPING — UNITED STATES

Standard Shipping — $6.00 flat rate on all orders under $45. Delivered in 5–8 business days via USPS or UPS Ground.

Free Shipping — All domestic orders $45 and over ship free. Applied automatically at checkout — no code required.

Expedited Shipping — Available at checkout based on your location. Rates calculated at time of order.

PROCESSING TIMES

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed after 12:00 PM MST on Friday will be processed the following Monday. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

WILD GAME BATCH DROPS

Wild Game Formula products are produced in small batches. In the event a Wild Game SKU is on a short backorder between batch runs, you will be notified by email with an estimated ship date. You may cancel for a full refund at any time during a backorder hold.

ORDER TRACKING

Tracking information is emailed automatically when your order ships. If you have not received tracking within 3 business days of your order, contact us at hello@kenaigundog.com.

INCORRECT ADDRESSES

KENAI Holdings LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. Double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you catch an error immediately after placing your order, email hello@kenaigundog.com and we will correct it before the order ships.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We do not ship internationally at this time. Domestic US orders only.
