Delete your KENAI GunDog account

You can delete your KENAI GunDog account, and everything in it, at any time. There are two ways to do it.

Your KENAI account is one account across KENAI GunDog, KENAI Breed Selector and KENAI Performance. Deleting it in any of them deletes it in all of them.

In the app

1. Open the KENAI GunDog app and sign in.
2. Open your Account page.
3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account, then confirm twice.

That deletes your account right away, along with every dog, record, hunt, track, marker, photo, title and post that belongs to it. There is no undo.

Without the app

Email hello@kenaigundog.com from the address on your account, with "Delete my account" in the subject line. We delete the same data the app does within 30 days and write back to confirm it is done.

What is kept

Nothing from the app is kept once your account is deleted. Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google, so cancel yours in their settings as well. Your email list sign-up and store order history sit outside the app. If you want those removed too, say so in your email. Order records are kept for seven years for tax purposes, as our privacy policy explains.
