Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed after 12:00 PM MST on Friday will be processed the following Monday. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Wild Game Formula products are produced in seasonal batches. In-stock items ship within standard processing times. If a Wild Game SKU is temporarily out of stock between harvest batches, you will be notified immediately with an estimated restock date. Subscribe to ensure priority access to each seasonal batch drop.

We stand behind every product in the KENAI GUNDOG SERIES. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will make it right.

Unopened products in original packaging may be returned for a full refund within 30 days. Opened products are eligible for exchange or store credit.
