These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website kenaigundog.com (the "Site") and the purchase of products from KENAI Holdings LLC ("KENAI," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order. By ordering, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

2. Products & Descriptions

KENAI sells nutritional supplements, treats, and related products for working dogs. We work to display products and descriptions as accurately as possible; however, we do not warrant that product descriptions, colors, packaging, or other content is complete or error-free. Product images are for illustration and may differ from the item delivered. Our products are intended for canine use only and are not drugs. Statements regarding our products have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Consult your veterinarian before introducing any new supplement to your dog's routine.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, refuse or cancel orders containing such errors, and to limit order quantities. Payment must be received in full before an order is processed. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method.

4. Orders & Acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order at our discretion. A confirmation email indicates receipt of your order, not acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, product availability, or errors.

5. Subscriptions

If you enroll in a subscription ("Subscribe & Save") plan, you authorize KENAI to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the interval selected until you cancel. You may modify, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account or by contacting us, subject to any cutoff windows stated at checkout. Subscription pricing and discounts are subject to change with reasonable notice.

6. Shipping & Returns

Shipping timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. Our return and refund practices are described on our Shipping & Returns page, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including the KENAI name, logos, marks, text, graphics, photography, and design — is owned by or licensed to KENAI Holdings LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

8. Disclaimers

The Site and all products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KENAI Holdings LLC and its officers, members, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KENAI Holdings LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site or products.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Montana.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted to this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
